STEP 1. - DESIGN REVIEW

Potential clients review the floor plan and exterior elevations of the house. Upon interest a review meeting is scheduled to go over exterior and interior specifications that have been pre selected by voyager homes.

STEP 2 - SPECIFICAITONS REVIEW

We encourage clients to review the specifications that are reviewed. A follow up meeting makes sures that everyone is on the same page going forward.

STEP 3 - AGREE ON PRICE + TERMS

Once all parties agree on the specifications and potential clients are ready to make an offer our agents are ready to work with all parties to get to mutual acceptance from all parties.

STEP 4 - CONSTRUCITON AND PROJECT UPDATES

As the house progresses we send out bi-weekly updates to buyers letting them know progress of construction.

Buyers are encouraged to do monthly walk throughs!

STEP 4 - PRE CLOSING BLUE TAPE

Buyers will do two blue tape walk throughs. We want to make sure we are turning over a fantastic product to our clients.
